Managing Patient Flow & Service Redesign in Response to COVID

Tuesday 9th November 10am-4pm

The morning will be spent looking at ways in which we can improve the offering that we are giving to patients and looking at methods to communicate this.

The afternoon will involve ‘hot seat’ exercises were we will be looking at developing processes in each individual’s practice leading to a more systemised and consistent delivery of service.

This will be a face to face meeting and will take place at the clinic in Edgbaston.

HOW TO GET HERE

BY ROAD: From the M6: Leave the M6 North at Junction 6 and take the A38, passing over a flyover and through three tunnels. At the next junction, turn right at a McDonalds restaurant on to Lee Bank Middleway. Continue on and you will pass Five Ways Train Station on your left. Take the third left onto Frederick Road where Staiano Plastic Surgery can be found on your right.

From the M5: Exit the M5 at Junction 3 and follow the signs for Birmingham. Take the Hagley Road (A456) heading for Edgbaston, Five Ways. At the island, take the fourth exit onto Calthorpe Road. In around 100 yards turn left onto St. James Road and then take your first left onto Frederick Road. Staiano Plastic Surgery is located on your right.

Parking: We have parking facilities on site at 50 Frederick Road on our drive or alternatively you can park on the road but time restrictions do apply.

BY TRAIN: Our closest railway station is Five Ways station which is a 5 minute walk to the clinic. Alternatively, we are a short taxi journey from Birmingham New Street Station.

BY BUS: Bus route 98 stops on Frederick Road outside the clinic. From the city centre take a bus up Broad Street (9,126, 258). These can be caught at Colmore Row by the Cathedral in the city centre. You will need to exit the bus just after the large cinema complex at Five Ways island and take the subway following the direction for the Five Ways Train Station. Staiano Plastic Surgery is located just a 5 minute walk from the train station.
